症狀:
可瀏覽檔案列表並且有滾動條的程式
按住滑鼠並拖曳(圈選)的時候
滑鼠就會跳到螢幕右下角(或是其他地方)
多螢幕環境則是會跳到(座標)最右邊那個螢幕的右下角...

這是1709更新之後就一直存在的問題
雖然聽說1803修復了
但我的已經是1803
依然存在這個問題 (1709升級 非重裝)
快速修復
下載
https://tablacus.github.io/TablacusWindows10FCUBugFix/index.html
解壓縮
放到一個你以後不會再變動的位置
例如C:\Program Files\tfw10fcu1000
然後右鍵>以系統管理員身分執行
選擇裡面的兩個exe安裝
這個是檔案總管替代品 Tablacus Explorer 的修復程式
https://tablacus.github.io/explorer_en.html
不過因為出問題的程式用的是一樣的東西
裝這個其他的也會一起修好
